Rental yields of between 6% and 8% are currently being achieved by owners at High Point Village. But these figures tell a fraction of the investment story. Nothing of this quality is closer to Heathrow Airport and its mix of wealthy travellers, or its 75,000 workforce. Nowhere is more centrally located to such a number of business parks - with easier and quicker access to London and the motorway network. No other development has a richer offering of accommodation and amenities to attract the tenant. Few areas will undergo such a major uplift as when Crossrail and substantial regeneration projects kick-in and with a lack of premium stock, no property will benefit more.
